The Salty Depths is a carefully curated, small online boutique run by one woman. We specialize in home goods and women’s clothing, all inspired by a dark, moody, cozy, coastal aesthetic. Our current product offerings include candles, home decor, and clothing. We’re always searching for new products to add to the shop to keep things fresh and exciting.

2. Where is The Salty Depths based?
We are proudly based in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our inspiration comes from the ocean, waves, beach, marine life, and the art of scuba diving.


Shipping

1. Do you offer free shipping?
We apologize, but we do not offer free shipping at this time. Due to rising costs and fluctuating rates depending on the destination, we are unable to offer free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated to ensure the lowest possible price for you. 2. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped at standard shipping rates and timeframes. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. However, due to fluctuating rates and locations, we cannot offer free shipping outside the U.S.

4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers, depending on the items.

5. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Once your order has been received by the postal service, we are unable to control the shipping process. Any delivery issues will need to be addressed with the postal service directly. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as The Salty Depths is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
